Drive Market Development & Insights dept annual strategy planning process; Assign, monitor and analyze of financial forecast & targets; Collaborate on monthly budget/forecast meetings with the MDI leadership teams; Manage the deployment of the MDI budget and ensure financial target achievement; Collaborate with M&C Operations and Finance and across MDI itself; Track infrastructure and program expenses by coordinating with Business unit program owner (GBS/STG/SWG);

Building cases/projects on the market situation/opportunity in collaboration with an integrated global team for business leaders that require taking action in the market. Particular focus on Global Business Services & Systems across Europe. Building cases and delivering recommendations on IBM’s knowledge gap along with identifying potential acquisition targets based that can inorganically boost and grow the company’s revenue ( a project supported by business).

Authorised Requestor for MDM: Creating/Maintaining Vendors in Master Data Management application; Extracting reports on spend, categories, vendors, PO documents from SAP and Business Warehouse applications Delivering Report and presentations to stakeholders and regions; Extracting Vendor reports from MDM/ Submitting Mass Change Request in MDM; Hosting conference/video calls in order to clarify ,determine processes and procedures to Stakeholders;

EU Project in public sector (State contracted) : -Reviewing reimbursement application files over EU investment funds in countryside SME’s. -Travelling on site to the beneficiary of the funds in order to review if he is eligible for the reimbursement -Conceiving reports based on the irregularities found in the submitted documents and also at the beneficiary’s site

-Receiving and processing requests for the preparation of contracts specific with the supplier’s activity domain; -Contacting the supplier and negotiating legal and commercial clauses of the contract; -Assuring that every step of the contract signing process is legitimate; -Collaborating with other departments and different levels of management; -Maintaining the corporate relationship with the suppliers; -Extracting reports from the contract’s status from the SAP system;
