Reporting to the General Manager of the market, my main role was to give support to a sales team of 42 people and to the GM. This was a very interesting job for me, as I gained a lot of experience by performing different tasks, and also obtaining a global vision of the business.
I joined American Express in 2000 as an intern in the Sales Planning department for Global Commercial Card during my last year of University. I was in charge of specific Sales Planning tasks such as: monthly and weekly reports, incentive reports, productivity reports. After a year in Sales Planning, I started combining Sales Planner functions with Marketing Functions for a year, such as the launch of new products, translations and communications.
