Responsibilities: - Adhering to test disciplines and methodology - Performing specialized and general testing - Prepare and/or review detailed testing documentation - Create or assist in creating test plan - Create or assist in preparing RTM - Ensuring effective use of testing tools - Providing training to business system users - Support the team with testing tasks as required - Report test project status periodically to the stakeholders

Responsibilities: - Become familiar to the software under test and any other software related to it - Develops needed test skills - Prepare and execute test cases based on the requirements and other documents - Defects reporting and tracking - Provides periodic test status - Assisting development with problem determination/isolation - Verifies and closes test-originated defects - Preparing test scenarios
