Develop strategies to increase the present of JUMO in areas like Latin America and Europe.

As a Sales Manager I got to defined a sales strategy for the executives around the country, supervised, support and improved their development and contribution towards the goals of the company. Analyzed the KPI of the branches and the strategy was also part of the work. I worked as a link between the sales executives and the product managers. Also was involved in the marketing activities for the branches and the internal strategies to increase our involvement in the company activities

Coordination of the sales staff, supervised logistics, prepared marketing activities (online marking: social media management, newsletter, emailing; events, trade fairs participation, client presentations, CRM). Served as the link between the JUMO representatives and the EMI directors, quoted the products and defined the strategy for every trimester of the year in terms of achieving the sales goals and the recognition of our customers.

 Technical School Approved in Kellyville Training Center (Oct. 2010).  Incharge of cementing operations, wellcementing design, logistics coordination supervision of staffI also deal with clients.
