Client Management: Understanding clients requirements and working towards it. Recruitment Solutions: • Sourcing, validating, interviewing candidates by head hunting, referencing and using job portals. • Sensitizing the candidate for the client’s requirement. • Raising the invoice to the client and ensuring quick recovery.
