Managing the company's activity in Europe from all aspects, reporting directly to Arkal Automotive CEO. The activity in Europe weights 50% of the company's global activity. Duties and responsibilities: - Developing and implementing strategic plans for the Company's expansion and growth in Europe, including the establishment of new engineering offices and production plants. - Working intensively in front of the OEM's (Daimler, GME, BMW) and big Tier1's in Europe, marketing and competing for new programs.

Leading the implementation and assimilation of ACE (UTC's Operating system for Achieving Competitive Excellence) by integrating continuous improvement tools and lean manufacturing methodologies in the company's manufacturing facilities and business units through guiding, training, motivating and leading champions, pilots, managers and quality teams to achieve continuously improvement and competitive excellence by practicing tools such as:- Mistake Proofing, QCPC, VSM, SUR, MFA, and Standard Work.

Responsible on developing and determining the company's KPI's(Key Performance Indicators, initiated and developed BI(Business Intelligence) systems for production and quality control, established the production engineering department and started its activity by reaching more than 25% improvement in the Company’s Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE).
