Negotiating with other lawyers and clients. Supervising official agreements between parties. Drafting contracts and creating documents.

Reporting to General Manager. All legal, marketing and sales issues relating to the branches with monthly reports provided to the HO. The setting and application of the month end closing statements, bordereaux and reporting to HO. Direct contact and reference to the in-house sales representatives and agents. All technical and underwriting processes for all lines of business. Claims managing profession (handling, legal cases, amicable solution, negotiations with lawyers).
