• Software design and development of the enterprise software applications demanded by the internal business departments, using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SharePoint and SQL Server technologies and Agile methodologies. • Involving in the design, development, deployment and UAT phases. • Contributing to the in-house software development core framework. • Administration and change management of the application databases.

• Software development in NATO's AirC2IS command and control system (an international large-scale defence project) using C#, .NET, Silverlight, WCF and SharePoint technologies.

• Lead the software development team consisting of three engineers in IT department. Train and mentor other software developers in C# .NET development, Oracle PLSQL programming and SharePoint platform. • Develop and design; coding standards and design guidelines, code generators, common code libraries and project templates for the development team to increase efficiency and productivity. • Implement software development life cycle procedures for in-house software development projects.

• Design and develop in-house business application software projects using C# and ASP.NET. • Use Oracle 9i/10g for relational database design and programming packages/stored procedures. • Create web user interfaces with Web Forms, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and AJAX. • Implement N-Tier architecture in design of projects. • Resolve issues and implement new functionality and features for projects on production environment.
