The Executuve Vice President of Operations (VPO) manages and coordinates all activities associated with manufacturing : Industrialization (mechanic & Electronic), Configuration Management, Production Flow Management, Methods/Investments, Maintenance and the Production sites. The VPO reports to the EVP Operations - COO and is responsible for direction, strategy, planning and execution for CMI Defence's manufacturing operations.

- Management of Industrialization personnel and resources (14 peoples) providing a cost effective manufacturing process for New Product Industrialization (NPI) to CMI operations facilities - Drive standardization on industrialization standard documentations - Providing feedback to Engineering to improve product design for ease of manufacturing, optimization of material and labor costs and weight reduction - Engage design early in product development process - Develop partnership with equipment suppliers

- Management of the projects and cost follow-up in terms of industrialization - Interfacing between R&D and manufacturing centers (Germany, Spain, Poland) - Conception / Planification / Industrialization of assembly equipments - Design Review (DFA : Design for Assembly) - Work Combination Table / MSD (Manufacturing System Design) - Internal audits / Run@Rate
