Additionally, we provide IT-Service Management (2nd level support, release management, and SAP authorization management). We are striving to improve order to cash business processes continuously fulfilling a linking function between business processes and information technology.

IT support, improvement and documentation of business processes running on SAP ERP focusing on SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Combines content from business administration and computer science with its own, specific business informatics content. For example, IT-supported design of operational and inter-operational processes as well as the analysis, storage and provision of relevant data for the tasks of the respective organization. Furthermore, information management, which e.g. develops strategies for IT support as well as digital transformation and examines the economic efficiency of information supply.
