Implementing a Management Operating System in all EMEA Packaging Plants to deliver a standard approach operating the Packaging Plants, with common standards and a standardized management system. Lead internal project team members at all sites and work with external coordinators, regional Installation Coordinators, Bunge Site Leaders, Bunge Site Specialists and external trainer.
