Integrity and fairness have been two of the constant values in my life, so it is probably not surprising that I had career stints in Internal Audit and Compliance & Ethics. Along with that comes an entrepreneurial spirit and a curiosity to endeavor into new spaces. I remember that back as a business undergraduate, the whole class took a manager-typology test and I was the only student to fall into the category of “resource investigator” – which, if I am not wrong, meant that I would excel at starting up or doing new things. If you look at my career path, there is probably some truth to that. My experience thus spans from sales and marketing over Finance to governance and general management. I am a servant leader type who combines strategic thinking with a hands on operational approach. I enjoy what I do, whatever I do and what motivates me is a desire to reach goals as well as to improve tomorrow over today.
