Established a high performing team as tech lead with the help of an amazing group of people. Thrived through a variety of tech and business challenges while keeping a great team morale. Main stack was Node.js, Typescript and React on AWS. Engaging in trustful relationships with clients and mentoring colleagues has been a huge mentality shift. Started to build up leadership skills while pursuing value delivery and team health. On the tech side I jumped into Scala and Typescript running on AWS.

Tech stack: Rails, React, Alt.js, Docker Swarm, ELK, cAdvisor, CircleCI, Postgres, Janus gateway (split among 6 servers). Pitchium is a community driven & interactive platform which focuses to maximize the value for the Startup ecosystem. We are building a live stream pitching platform for Startups to raise capital in a new and efficient way.

In addition to what I did in Buzzstarter: - Integration of Spree (as engine) and Sharetribe in different projects (with many customizations) - Integrate external services such as Rezdy, Stripe, Paypal or LinkedIn - Imported 95M+ records in Postgres - Scrapping with Ruby/Watir (Phantomjs) + Nokogiri - 2 months developing 2 Meteor.js projects (with Telescope - one with React one with Blaze). Deploy with mupx. - Growth-hacked Instagram to 150K+ followers - Recent interest in ElasticSearch
