Responsible for the area of the recovery of consumer credit regulated unsecured loans. My role is supported by servicing company and some debt collection agency who are responsible for the day to day running of the department with my role focused on strategy, policy and administrative matters.

Management of Banking Accounts; Reconciliation of cash application; Responsible for payments of the commissions to Collection Agency; Responsible for control of the amount collected by Collection Agency.

General Management of Financial Department where the responsibilities included it was: Cash applications, reporting of financial results and metrics to Corporate. Responsible for systems, reporting and decision support related to capital assets. Managed financial reporting and budgeting, variance analysis and capital budgeting, effective participation in approval of spending processes. Responsible for day to day activities of cash applications.
