Thesis Topic: Synthesis and characterization of Electrocatalysts for OER in AEM Water electrolysis Material Characterization: XRD, SEM, EDX, XPS, TEM, TGA, Oxygen analysis Electrochemical Characterization: CV, CA, CP, LSV, EIS, Single cell testing

Analysis of technical and quality problems in reduction area-3. Assist operation department in operation issues to improve performance. Improve safety conditions by completing audits with safety consultants. Departmental Convener of IMS. Review all SOP’s and GRA’s in timely manner Process mapping and continuous improvement.

Initiating improvement projects by analyzing performance trend, KPI and identifying root cause of deviations. Involved in preliminary screening of CAPEX proposals and its review on the grounds of technical desirability, necessity and ROI. Coordination with key raw materials suppliers for assessing capability, price negotiation and process information.

-Collaborating with production team by finding and eradicating discrepancies on day to day basis. Improving standard operating procedures and Risk analysis of the activities. Projects: • Successfully completion of “Anode Effect Quenching” Project using Quality tools ( Reliable data collection plan, Isikawa diagram, control chart, Parato diagram) • Case study on “Reduction of Spike formation”, presented in Light metals seminar in Nagpur, India.
