Worked as a support Assistant manager for Research & Analytics team of 200 members and my prime responsibilities are to make sure that the projects are running on time as per the contracts and giving the time lines for the team to fill up their time sheets for the work they have done. Preparing variance reports on monthly and quaterly basis and accruing the revenue on monthly basis in three forms (Advance, Service Income and Revenue at Risk).
Gathering requirements for the new projects and doing the business analysis and preparing presentation for the senior management during the client meets and working for the trail run of the pilot projects and involved in the initial discussions of the projects.
