- Management of a large cross-functional French/international team of business experts, responsible to define the core model for the worldwide implementation of a full fledged SAP solution + additional software implementations - Project size: 50 Mio EUR; Project duration: 3 years + roll out - Team managed: 25 internal staff (Finance, Controlling, HR, experts Design Build business, Operation & Maintenance business, Technologies business) + 40 external consultants

- Management of end customer projects (engineering to delivery/installation of water treatment technologies and water treatment plants for drinking-, process- or waste water) - Support of the North American-CEO in the financial and operational management of the 5 NA BUs - Management of strategic projects of the Business Line (e.g. Post Merger Integration of 2 North American water treatment technology entities, evaluation of acquisition targets, definition of strategic development areas)

- Member of the Management Team with result responsibility for the Swiss Gas-, Electricity & Water Utility market - Marketing, Business Development and Key Account Management for all major Swiss & German Gas & Electricity Utilities (AXPO, ALPIQ, EGL, EON, RWE, EnBW) - Project Management for operational and strategic client projects to prepare companies for the liberalization of the markets
