- Design and develop new products, with a specific focus on Door Activation Switches and Over-Head Modules, to meet OEM requirements. - Generate feasible design proposals using PTC Creo, taking into account quality, cost, and project milestones, for submission to the customer. - Interface with the tooling department for DFM of plastic injected parts and with the manufacturing department for DFA. - Challenge suppliers and manage customer interactions with a mechanical engineering approach.

- Performed modifications and robustifications on existing products and contributed to the development of new products using CATIA V5 software (specifically for Top of Column Modules and Steering Wheel Switches) in response to customer demands and internal CAD requirements. - Provided assistance to related departments (quality, methods, purchasing,…) - Evaluated plastic components from FOT (First-Off-Tool) till mass production - Built validation plans and coordinated with the laboratory for testing
