CRM Team Leader of 10 onsite and 20 offshore staff of application, integration, migration and batch teams: planning, design, development, testing, task reviewing and delivering to several environments. Project experience: April 2011 to present: Siebel 8.0 Telefónica GALA and Telefónica LATAM. SPOC between Development (onsite and offshore) teams, Testing team, Architecture team and customer team. Responsible of the release to delocalize projects for Telco companies in several countries.

Siebel 8.1.1 Communications (Siebel Order Management). Member of Macrodesign team. He is participating in interface design sessions for third party applications. He is currently working in the translation of Functional Specifications into Design, coordinating with Siebel Technical on-site and off-shore teams (India). He is also taking active participation in Workshops.

Siebel 8 Consultant Certified Expert. Awards: Rookie of the year 2009. Hands-on experience working on two full life-cycle implementation (analyst, design, development, formation and supporting phases). He has achieved some experience with Siebel Tools, Configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, EAI, ADM, Web Services, runtime events, Workflow and Business Service, Siebel 8 database models, Siebel Configuration, Siebel Architecture and Siebel Server Administration, scripting (eScript- Javascript).
