Managing complex complaints from customers.. Key Responsibilities include: Problem solving issues that have arisen between our customers, dealer networks and scheme partners. Managing customer expectations of the scheme and resolving customer service issues within the group. Decision making for expenses for the scheme in complaint resolution. Project management in improving the scheme and the relationship between us and scheme partners.
