After founding the company in late 2012, I raised a round of venture capital in London and quickly grew it into Europe's largest coding bootcamp. Makers Academy was recently ranked by the Guardian as the #1 place to learn to code in London.

Forward Labs (now Forward Partners) was a startup foundry utilizing the lean startup, customer development and business model generation principles to rapidly validate startup ideas. As the first EIR hired I validated and built Makers Academy, now Europe's largest coding bootcamp, out of my experiences at Forward Labs.

During my time in the military I acted as a linguist (french and mandarin chinese) and intelligence analyst. With both strategic and tactical experience I worked closely with (and at) the National Security Agency and authored more than 300 classified reports on defense threats.
