 Implemented and controlled 's Company’s development strategy, developed credibility in providing a strategic direction for the growth of the company by conducting personal meetings and negotiations with major customers;  Successfully increased income from inward reinsurance from CIS by 30% and overachieved the company budget by 10% within a span of 9 months in 2017;  Initiated business with the major reinsurers in Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine;

Approved operational and executive-administrative decisions, including control over fulfillment of obligations under insurance and reinsurance agreements concluded with the participation of Kazakhstani and foreign companies and intermediaries;  Controlled the Company's structural divisions on underwriting, risk reinsurance, global and brokerage projects, new products, fulfillment Company’s obligations under reinsurance contracts;
