Responsible for innovation in Swisscom’s IT, Network & Infrastructure department. Responsible for a portfolio of initiatives from idea to market launch. Contribute to Swisscom’s group strategy. Lead and develop an agile tribe of experts with university level degrees and skills on hardware- & software development and networks. Setup of industry collaborations with international corporates, startups and universities (e.g. Ericsson, Huawei, Askey, Tibit, EPFL, ETHZ etc.)

Responsible for a portfolio of products and initiatives from idea to market launch. Lead and develop teams of experts with university level degrees and skills on hardware-, software development and networks. Software transformation in the network domain incl. setup of agile SW development methodology and tools. Contribute to Swisscom’s group strategy.

Lead and develop teams in the area of networks, security, Big Data and SW & HW development. Development and introduction of a Big Data platform including first applications on top of it. Innovation in the area of wireline broadband access in Switzerland as well as for Fastweb in Italy.

Lead and develop a team of engineers. Development of innovative network solutions. In particular the introduction of the world’s first MIMO Wifi solution in cooperation with the US startup Quantenna.
