I specialized in the Rural Development sector for 10 years of professional experience, mainly the Asset Based Community Development Approach with a focus on economic development, empowerment, capacity development, institution building, savings, micro-credit schemes (VSLA), cooperatives and loan groups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for new start-ups and small business incubations. My involvement with different government and non-government institutions is in the sectors of WASH, food security, Disaster Risk Reduction, Natural Resource Management, and Emergency Shelter. I also have a sound knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation concerning final, mid-term evaluations and baseline studies with various funding agencies like the European Union, ADB, WB, AA, BMZ, GIZ, and USAID at different levels.
