Pre-production, in-house, pre-shipment, and container loading inspection to produce sun protections. Evaluate, recommend, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and increase quality.

Manage an R&D project related to its derivatives for ‘Qpinch’ company Development of a predictive mathematical model of Qpinch’s chemical heat pump. Identification of thermodynamic, mass transfer, and kinetic parameters; Heat and mass balance calculations.

-Working in engineering solutions including: process experimentation, design, optimization, control, and sustainment to achieve continuous improvement in yields and cost initiatives -Engineering calculations: equipment sizing, pressure vessel, line sizing, shell & tube heat exchanger, PSV, pump selection and issuing equipment datasheet. -Providing process engineering support like completing Aspen models and PFDS -Managing activities such as drawings completion (layout, P&ID, mecmechanical and electrical)

- Optimization of the production method for obtaining a higher quality product (higher purity). - Planning and supervision of experimental work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment - Designing an industrial wastewater treatment plant. -Designing an industrial wastewater treatment plant (neutralizing) and Pinch Analysis. - Launching and equipping a new laboratory in the factory

- Refined a quality control unit in order to ISO standards. - Launching GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) - Establishing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and CAPA regulations - Execution Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Rules. - Execution ISO 2009 method in the company’s Lab.
