I have got more than 30 years of experience on positions of responsibility in leading Croatian companies. My job constantly required technical enhancement through different levels of managing, creating, developing annual activity planing, costs and revenues, monitoring goal completion and finally business reporting and selling. During the past several years I have been co-owner and General manager of consulting company Kontroling Kognosko d.o.o. located in Zagreb, Croatia which is specialized for implementing the function of controlling and education in the field of controlling. Kontroling Kognosko operates in the wider region and collaborates with many respectable consultants and lecturers.
