About me - Hello and welcome! The printed circuit board has been the constant in my professional life since my apprenticeship. Back then, the technology was relatively simple, but today the printed circuit board is a technologically highly developed product - the basis of our electronics. During my career I have had the opportunity to work with a number of PCB manufacturers. One in particular was TEK Industrials in East London. I was in charge of the samples & small series department and, together with a colleague, we managed production from sales to despatch. It was quite an adventure when we produced the first 4-layer multilayer in 1985. Those were the early days, before the internet and textbooks - but it was an instructive learning-by-doing experience.
