Rebecca Russell

I was an Clerical Officer for Governance. This was a very busy support role within the Governance team in a Local Government. I wrote letters using a dictaphone, mail delivery, legal based typing. Setting up meetings rooms and Council Chambers. Purchasing orders and general adiminstration. I am would do 1 and a half hours on the switchboard everyday.

I am currently working as a Telephonist for a large mobile company in Australia. I deal with inbound calls only regarding credit card recharge's for mobile phones and broadband. I also work on the Always win prize line helping customers with their codes and prizes. My job is very busy and I must present a high level of customer service in a timely and friendly manner.

I am currently a Infomation officer for the State Government Main Roads division in Western Australia. I provide a delivery service to 150 people, delivering files and correspondance. I left my position as I moved over to Berlin.
