A incoming quality control engineer responsible for following activities. • To maintain Quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production & finished products. • Responsible for FIFO & LIFO inspection of Incoming material • Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality by using tools like 5S, KAIZEN & POKE YOKE. • Responsible for Preparation & approve the WPS, PQR &WPQ as per Project Specifications & Approved drawing.

A summer intern deployed to study Time reduction techniques in order to reduce material movement on shop floor to increase rate of production. To develop effective parameters for Pre-dispatch inspection Report.

A summer intern designated to time and motion study of Injection moulding machines.
