Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 50+ users • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards • Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field-level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights • Maintain overall system configuration, change control, and enhancements

Design, configure and administration of SFDC including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Workflows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules. • Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made. • Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design. • Experience working with agile development methodology.

Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks •Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations •Work with our Business team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
