Co-founded a start-up that got funded USD 1 Million by the HULT Prize Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). Won an award from the former US President Bill Clinton on finding a workable solution to the problem of NCD Mgmt. in Urban Slums. Competed against 11000 teams worldwide to win the HULT Prize & SEED funding

Team Management: Was responsible for the productivity & careers of 8 Risk Analysts. Implemented change of Global suspense account policy across the firm. Result: 40% reduction in risk capture time. Moved team from resistors to adopters to change agents. Risk & Control: Re-engineered the process flow for India Broker-Dealer Operations (FILICA project): Savings > $ 600K benefitting 2 key Risk & Control teams within the firm.

Implemented a Six-Sigma Green-Belt project on productivity enhancement which won the “Excellent Grade Award” at the “All India Six-Sigma Competition” conducted by QCI. As a Kaizen champion, developed breakthrough ideas for continuous improvement (oversighted 63 kaizens) saving ~$200K for the business unit.
