• Order Entry: SAP and Siebel (book orders; services; charges; transports fee; free of charge orders; receipt of the goods, delivery notes (inbound and outbound);

• Ensure best in class service to sale affiliates and direct customers and to ensure on time delivery of products, visibility and accountability into Order Management and Procurement Practices • Establishing and maintaining quantity and quality standards by developing and ensuring compliance with all customer service and process standards through reviews, observation audits and reports • Solving logistic issues (supplier, factory, carrier, and warehouse)
