Responsible for Product Sourcing activities for Car Audio Europe and advocate for Procurement & the Supply Chain Organization into all relevant functions, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program management, Finance, and Sales. Also responsible for leading and developing customer RFQ BOM & BOL cost and track, monitor, drive actions to ensure material cost targets are achieved during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases for programs up to > 500 mil USD.

Head of Account Operations, which is supporting Key Account Manager in the administrative related task towards the OEM for all car models after SOP, for strenghten the KAMs to focus on ensuring new car projects in the portfolio. Account Operations is also responsible for strengthening customer relations to TIER customers, ensure all TIER contracts are in place, coordination of special editions projects, sales of non-branded aluminum etc. Additionally Key Account Manager for BMW.

Responsible for development and implementation of quality level and agreements between B&O and Automotive customer (BMW, AMG/Daimler and Aston Martin). After SOP overall responsibility for Automotive projects for quality and logistics (BMW, AMG/Daimler and Aston Martin).

Assistant project manager for development of aluminium and plastic parts for several B&O products like BeoVision 6 and 7, BeoLab 5. Maturation of parts from concept to serial production. Since 2004 assistant project manager for Automotive projects (Advanced Sound System for Audi A8 (D3). Project manager for several non-branded parts in aluminium for Automotive, like I-Drive knob for BMW M3 (E6x, E9x), M5 , M6, door step for BMW X3 (E83), gear shift for M3 (E9x), cabin finisher for Aston Martin (DB9).

Worked with esp. polishing of aluminium for high end surface finishing, optimizing yield by modifying machines, software and remedies like brushes and polishing liquids and anodisation treatment. Programming and optimizing of robots for polishing (Kuka). Laser engineering for marking plastics for high end products, additionally laser cutting, welding and other techniques.
