- Provided IT support and assisted students with their individual problems in computer labs. - Developed website for the North South University (NSU) students to find their required information and the direct access to the student mail server. - Conducted computer troubleshooting, lab maintenance, and software installation for lab courses in 4 different computer labs with more than 150 computers. - Major responsibility in setting up lab for ACM ICPC 2008 regional Programming contest.
