Acting in the partnership management between hospitals and Fleury Group covering a scope of financial planning, integration projects into the hospitals, feasibility studies, maintenance of partnerships, negotiation of new partnerships and new products sales.

Acting in the optimization of GE's processes according to Lean Manufacturing tools for troubleshooting and waste in processes of Global Operations Finance and Commercial Department in Global Operations.

Trainee program, acting right about associating companies to the German Chamber. The main activities were searching companies that should associate to the Chamber, Schedule and hold meetings with the Companies’s CEOs, join events performed by the Chamber. After July.2011, acting as Trainee Senior at the Marketing/Sales department in São Paulo, coordinating the new companies’s association for the German Chamber.
