• Manage a multi-million Euro product line of flame retardant fiber optic cable in the EMEA region by leading an international product team from both technology and operations in Germany, Poland, and Turkey. • Increased YoY total sales by 15 percent. • Lead efforts while working with Production and Regional Engineering at the plant to cut cost by 200K Euro for 2012. • Create and execute long-term product strategies and plans by developing market insights.

• Created designs and drawings for customers and data centers using LAN applications such as AnyLAN, Universal Plug & Play, and EDGE. • Presented eight different week-long design courses both domestically and internationally to over 100 end users and distributors and received consistent superior customer feedback in course reviews. • Traveled with sales representatives to customer sites to present our designs, address customer concerns, and conduct site walk-outs.

• Managed a team of six engineers to upgrade the Pentagon’s telecommunication rooms by overseeing and completing the splicing and testing of the fiber optic system over a two-month period. • Installed and tested Corning products in several major field projects across North America. • Provided email and phone technical support to internal and external customers. • Instructed 12 week-long LAN installation courses domestically and internationally.
