Worked in Janssen Pharmaceutica, Beerse, Belgium in the lab of drug metabolism and drug-drug interaction. Obtained training in UHPLC (waters; analyst software) and Tecan, Hamilton automated liquid handling with multichannel arm (96 well plate).

In this project, we aim to immobilize various metabolizing enzymes on magnetic nanoparticles accommodated with different functional groups on their surface. These immobilized enzymes will be further used to build IMERs (immobilized microenzyme reactors) in capillary electrophoresis.
