Pradeepkumar Balasubramaniyan

I have completed my B.Tech degree in the stream of chemical engineering, and I have two and a half years of experience in a robot paint shop company where I acquired many skills in robot programming and manpower management. The ultimate aim of our company is to maintain the yield of production around 95%, and I am proud of myself that I always achieve the target on whatever model is assigned to me and have also assisted my colleagues many times to achieve their target too. And also, I had the opportunity to lead my team in the absence of my seniors, and I also did that without any haste, which proves that I have good leadership skills too. I am the type of person who always wants to engage herself with tasks and always tries to learn new things. Even though I did my UG in the stream of chemical engineering, my interest in learning new things made me  learn about painting robots programming languages and software (Robview, ABB Robotstudio) to do programming.
