Projects (Greenfield): Jizan Refinery, IGCC, Utilities and Common area EPC Package-5, Client: SAUDI ARAMCO, Jizan, KSA. Worked as a Senior Position guiding engineers from Honeywell to meet the Saudi Aramco requirement in the project.

Projects: (1) DCS and Field Instrumentation Revamp, Client: AR-RAZI (Saudi Methanol Co.) Jubail, KSA (EPC-Honeywell). Received appreciation certificate from customer (SABIC) for this project. (2) Detailed Design Engineering for Independent Belt Filter Operation in Phosphoric Acid Plant, Client: Ma’aden Phosphate Company, Ras Al Khair, KSA. Worked as a discipline lead and focal point role, achieved saving of 300 manhours from approved project manhours of 4000 for instrumentation discipline.

Projects (Brownfield / MOC): (1) Design and Engineering of Fire & Gas System at Reliance Petroleum, Rewari Petroleum Terminal (as per M.B. Lal committee recommendation advised by Government of India). (2) MEG-2 Revamp Project – Reliance Industries Ltd, Hazira Manufacturing Division. (3) Design and Engineering for Control system and field instrumentation for 5.5 MW Steam Turbine and up gradation of Steam Superheater at Reliance Industries Ltd-Vadodara Manufacturing Division.

Projects (Greenfield): (1) Basic Engineering for 2 X 600MW BTPP Project, Coal based supercritical thermal power plant, Kazakhstan. (2) Proposal Engineering for MIRFA IWPP Project, Gas based combine cycle power plant, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Field Experience at Wanakbori TPS: (1) Preventive, Breakdown / Shut down maintenance of Instrumentation and Control System (Keltron – 9020, Baily France and ILK - Transdata) for Boiler(700T/hr) and Turbines (210 MW LMW). (2) Duties include Department manpower management, managing team of 5-Technicians and 5-Helpers, assigning them work according to their skills, also responsible to give them training about latest trends & best practices followed in the industry.
