Business Development Manager within Fokker Aerostructures for the American Business Jet OEM Gulfstream. Fokker is involved on the G450, G550 and G650/G650ER aircraft programs for which following products are manufactured by Fokker: - Main Landing Gear Doors for the G450; - Empennage for the G550 and G650; - Fuselage Bonded Panels for the G650; - Floor Boards for the G650.

Budget of €22 million, 7 helicopters, 13 buildings, 10 company cars and a team of 57 employees (flight crew, engineers, operations officers, store keepers). Achievements: - Built brand-new base with solid and profound organization - Turned NHV into established player on Dutch North Sea offshore market - Launched successfully brand-new helicopter (H175) in offshore helicopter industry - Directed and facilitated merger of 2 helicopter bases

Budget of €0.5 million, fleet of 22 helicopters, 13 operational bases (Europe, West-Africa, South-America) and a team of 3 employees in the headquarter + 13 delegates in the outstations. Achievements: - Built Ground Operations Department from scratch and defined company’s SOP’s. - Authored and published the Ground Operations Manual and Company Aviation Fuel Manual, detailing company’s worldwide ground operational and aviation fuel handling standards.

Approx. 40 projects in total (of which 3 major projects) and involvement of 9 departments. Achievements: - Set up project environment with clear and defined processes and procedures. - Defined, mapped and managed company's changes and coordinated all related sub-projects. - Managed and coordinated company's worldwide ERP-software implementation. - Established and introduced monthly mission performance reporting for all outstations.
