As head of Business Development and Sales I am responsible for offers, business developments, new business areas and for the employees of the area.

SCISYS Deutschland GmbH is one of the leading providers of integrated ICT solutions and systems for the space ground segment, data services, and integrated applications. It provides integrated ICT solutions and products for ground systems, infrastructures, data services and applications. Our main missions are the contribution to the definition, realisation and operation of current and future Space and Earth observation programmes and to optimize the utilisation of data from space.

VCS Aktiengesellschaft is a medium-sized company specialized in the design and implementation of complex information and communication solutions for the high-tech niche markets. The Remote Sensing Technology Division is focussed on products and projects for satellite receiving system solutions in the meteorological business ranging from simple receiving stations for geostationary satellites up to complex satellite ground stations for geostationary and polar orbiting satellite missins.

VCS Nachrichtentechnik GmbH has been founded in 1981. Our main goal is being a reliable partner for projects, studies and consultancies in our main market segments meteorological systems, satellite ground systems and media technology. Our activities in the satellite ground systems engineering are focused on ground systems architecture, data communication, remote sensing and meteorological systems.

As a scientific assistant, I was responsible for conducting tutorials, correcting exercises, supporting geoscientific internships, and instructing and assisting aspiring undergraduates.
