Action in flight modifications and rework on orders, understand requirements and feedback/advice to other teams accordingly. Communicating with globally diverse teams and understanding issues relating to provisioning process and project work. - Specialist for specific customer's or technological requirements

work with CISCO equipment, installation of devices (modem, router, switch, COS), provide necessary configuration changes and troubleshoot equipment and transport, direct communication with customers on teleconference bridges working on projects for Shell, Waste management, Dow Chemical Company and many others
