Department Operations and Commercial Services for Public Institutions I monitored customer accounts, reported their transactions into financial statements and managed payment defaults and initiated the appropriate procedures. I furthermore provided recommendations for the management to improve their payment process. Besides deepening my accounting knowledge in a practical environment, I enhanced my communication skills and analytical skills.

I supported the managers in their daily accountancy tasks, such as the preparation of accounts, the administration of payrolls and control of income and expenditure, the preparation, analysis and control of financial statements and the preparation of tax returns. I furthermore accompanied client meetings and interviews.
