My tasks are focused on looking after the compliance on board of Company procedures regarding crew aspects and that each vessel is manned with qualified, medically fit and suitably experienced seafarers in accordance with the relevant national and international manning requirements. Among the main resposibilities: - Preparation and maintenance of Company standards for crew in compliance with STCW, clients (oil majors) and modification or developments of crew procedures when necessary.
