I work for a medium-sized company with a flat hierarchy and perform the following functions: Cooperating on strategic decisions and defining best electronic design practices. Development of the electronic system concept. Pre-design calculations and simulations. Detailed circuit analysis for derating, worst-case and radiation. Managing and supervising external subcontractors. Overseeing and support the electronic design of team members' cross-products.

This was my first experience as an electronic engineer in another country with the following responsibilities: Detailed electronic design of an unattended secure payment terminal. Pre-design calculation and modeling of electronic circuits. Review and analyze schematics and PCBs for EMI/EMC compliance. Performing EMC measurements and EMI troubleshooting.
