My research work at KIT was focused on improving reliability of FPGAs. FPGAs suffer from various reliability issues such as manufacturing defects, transistor aging, radiation induced errors, etc. and therefore require solutions to ensure reliable operation. I have had the opportunity to publish several papers for improving reliability of FPGAs at renowned conferences during this period.
