As a highly motivated food engineering professional, I am passionate about applying scientific methodologies and techniques to solve complex challenges in the food industry. With a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering and a Master's degree in Biotechnology, I have gained a deep understanding of the latest scientific advancements in this field. During my career, I have worked on a variety of projects, ranging from Managing Quality Compliances to Researching large-scale protein production. One of my proudest achievements was leading a consulting project that resulted in a significant reduction in waste at a food production plant. As a team player with excellent communication skills, I am excited to take on new challenges and help drive innovation in the food industry.
