Hired by the founders to develop an algorithm to implement a new pricing tool increasing productivity by a 30%. Designed and implemented a fundamental CI rebranding for labels, packaging and logos and lowered costs by creating a custom made international delivery system. Applied Lean Management and Six Sigma principles to the QA department as well as Kaizen and Genbutsu principles within the operations department which increased productivity as well as stock capacity and lowered Tak-Times by 50%.
