-Leading end to end recruitment processes(for various internship and junior positions) - -Supporting hiring processes through EMEA region -Sourcing, selecting and interviewing candidates (both phone screenings and face to face interviews) -Close cooperation with hiring managers and HR business partners -Posting, maintaining and refreshing job requisitions to various relevant professional sites and job boards -Proactive talent sourcing(Linkedin, Boolean)

-Preparing job descriptions, posting them on related career portals and sourcing candidates on different channels -Screening applications -Being main contact point for candidates during the whole recruitment process -Organizing and conducting phone and Skype interviews (first elimination) -Coordinating HR related activities between HR teams in different offices of the company and reporting to the HR Manager -Participating to the training of the new interns

-Learning HR processes -Took part in interviews and learned how to conduct -Actively participating in hiring process(screaning CV's,evaluating them based on company needs) -Supervising workers and addressing their questions on a regular basis
