Departamento: Producción - Calidad, Scope: Plant with 300 heads,$30M sales, 30 IMMs from 150T to 2600T producing: Instrument Panel/Trims & Rear Seat Entertainment Responsible for continuous improvement : OEE, Safety, customer satisfaction, employee morale. Actively managed resources to improve performance ( 300 Headcounts) and achieve a reduction of headcount of 10% per year. Led the steering Committee TPM deployment for all people & machines- Attained Target OEE:91% + 3% productivity (eq. 1 IMM) per Year

Scope: Plant with 350 heads,25M€ sales, 30 IMMs from 150T to 1600T producing: Door Panel, Trims, Engine Covers and Electrical Architecture parts. -Responsible to improve Global Plant efficiency . Created a new engineering department for manufacturing processes with 2 engineers. Impact : Gross Margin improvement +3%.

Scope: Plant with 280 heads,20M€ sales, Injection and paint line producing: Trims & Exterior Painted Parts. Responsible for the quality department (12 Heads, Supplier / Laboratory/ Production/ Audit & System / Customer Relation ). -Took the lead in improving quality , exceeding customer expectations. PPM reduction 800% . -Awarded Best Quality Plant in Rhone Alpes County(1998).Classified 3rd plant in Quality for France following Total Quality Management MFQ Association -Reduction Scraps levels (<1.5%) by
